No Ordinary Day

Every day passes by like any other normal day, but GOD IS AT WORK. First of all, this is his promise (Is.55:11) and our Lord Jesus said it (Jn 5:17).  I have taken for myself God’s words to the prophet Habakkuk:  “Look…observe…wonder…I am doing something.” (1:5). This should be encouraging in days when it seems that nothing “big” is happening.

  • GOD IS AT WORK in my life. He has begun a good work in me and He is definitely not finished, but by grace, one day He will. (Phil.1:6).
  • GOD IS AT WORK in the hearts of his people who faithfully pray for the ministry He has called me to do, as a result I can continue spreading and teaching His Word.
  • GOD IS AT WORK in the hearts of individuals (young and old) who have come to Him in the course of these years.
  • GOD IS AT WORK in the local church of Camiri, heeding his Word as it’s taught and demonstrating mature faith and great enthusiasm in the construction of the church building.
  • GOD IS AT WORK in the ministry of the Christian School and for 56 years has brilliantly served the community and taught God’s Word. Students continue coming to the Lord and being strengthen and edified.
  • GOD IS AT WORK when he sends people our way just to say the right thing…when a student says he wants to attend meetings…sustaining this beautiful universe he has created and working out his plan for his glory…in sunrises and sunsets…through the still waters and rapids of life….and the list could go on and on.

A day might seem to pass by like nothing, but let’s not forget to LOOK, OBSERVE and WONDER because GOD IS AT WORK!

  1. ¡Me encantó tu post, Andrés!
